In the current competitive housing market buying a house, especially for a first timer, could be an extremely stressful experience. However, when I found a house which I could picture my family living in, a friend suggested I ask Joe to inspect it. Joe did an extremely thorough inspection. He pointed out potential issues and suggested solutions based on priorities. He is very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions in a very straightforward fashion. Additionally, I was provided a detailed written report and Joe indicated that he would be available in the future should any issues arise. After meeting with him, I felt very comfortable and confident making an offer on the house. I would recommend him to any home buyer without hesitation!
