Not a good company to request service. Had no heat when it was -25 they came the next day (said it would be at 9) called three times they finally showed up at 11:30. I told them the issue they replaced the part (capicitor for my fan) charged me 140$ to change the peice which actually costs 8$ anywhere online. Within the month my furnace was broken again. Worst part is I have a bill that says its under warranty, they negated the bill and charged me anyway. Did I mention they didnt take off their boots and left salt footprints all over the house. Yeah HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
