So leased a Mercedes C300 2022 in Sept… great sales service (Thanks Adam Z) !!!My concern was the service center … in the past had unfortunate experiences! But was assured a new director was in place and it would be a much better experience.Jan 31st 2023, 1st service visit for SAM Recall (trunk). Was returned véhicule with all my settings on factory reset.My car was washed but it looked worst then before.My trunk had summer carpets and shopping bags… which were pulled out and put back into trunk all wet.If they are not able to do an adequate job just don’t do it !! And when things are delivered as such advise the customer !!Today I asked for help on resetting my sensors … unfortunately I am still waiting for the service foreman to call me back (which was suppose to be 5-10mins after my am call). Here we are 3hrs+ and no sign.Also asked for Customer Service to call me back so I can share constructive comments … again still waiting 3hrs+.In Summary Silverstar is great on the Sales end… but service remains an issue, and I still have 2yrs 8months left!!!I just hope not to have too many service visits!!!Disappointed client

I was told to have a brake cleaning for some additional service while I went for maintenance.But a month after when i check my brake, There was nothing clean as the pictures shows". So i called to ask why there's tons of rust and dust right after the cleaning? Then they told me the cleaning are not really cleaning the brake system

I have a service and recall, I dropped the car and the technical advisor told me the car will be ready by end of the day and she gonna give me a call but she didn’t call!! I came to pick up my car next day and they did nothing with my requested service, instead they only did the recall! I needed to bring back the car another day for that service!!!

Recently moved to MTL from BC and needed routine vehicle service. Service was good as was shuttle, however I asked the to look into a loose or blown tweeter for which I was charged an hour however the didn't look into the issue and instead updated the audio mixer software which was clearly not the cause of the issue. Waste of an hour of labour and time, however this was fully remediated in a subsequent service. Merci!

I own a 2021 and a 2015 Mercedes sprinter 2500. They do not build them like they used to! Are 2021 has been nothing but problems from squeaking breaks the hole time I've owned it, noisy driveshaft when cold, humidity in the headlight, body delaminating from frame in rear bed, rear break bulb burnt out 95.37$ in labor to change a bulb. My new issue with my truck is that the tread came off my tire on the highway and destroyed the side of my truck 8000$ damage. Silverstar has been working on my file for 6 weeks now and after lots of egnored calls and avoidance I'm now dealing with the service manager. She returns my calls but does not wanna help me at all with this issue even after wasting my time for the past 6 weeks. Apparently this issue with my 30 thousand km truck is because I didn't do a alignment and the manager says this is my fault and I should have know?? I have done my homework and now know this trucks needs a alignment every 10 thousand km. Why didn't Mercedes tell me this trucks needs a alignment every oil change? I did all the services Mercedes asked of me at 15 thousand I did my service A. It does not include a alignment and at that time no one advised me to do a alignment. If Mercedes or there mechanics don't know I need a alignment how is it fair to expect the customer to know? They don't do one in there service B either. Now at 30 thousand my tires are burnt and truck is destroyed I'm lucky I wasn't seriously injured in all this. Buyer beware new trucks are not built well and trying to find support is met with egnored calls and avoidance.
