TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Best TD branch I’ve been to! I actually work for a competing financial institution but decided to keep some accounts with TD because I didn’t want to stop going here. Great staff. They give you really good advice and you can be confident that you’re in great hands every time.

Health professionals: AVOID! Got offered a student line of credit at beginning of studies that will transfer into a professional line of credit after graduation. Once graduated, account got frozen without any notice. No one was able to do anything about it, their answer with upper management: you should go see another bank like National

I've been to a few TD's around Montreal and so far this is my favourite. Every visit the staff is very lively, friendly, quick and efficient. Whenever the line up gets too long, I appreciate that someone will step in and help with the lineup. It is very spacious and there's a cute small table available for customers for coffee or tea.There's also an underground parking which is perfect. You can just ask the teller and they'll give you a ticket so you don't have to pay!

had to deal with Antonio, worst rep. ever. i changed my bank just because of that dude. he doesnt know how to speak with clients. he is liar, which bank takes 3 months to approuve a small loan of 10k. this guy never did his work correctly, allways lied to me saying that its bank thats taking the time to give the answer. i have no idea what td sees in him. he is the worst. i got the loan approuved and in my account in 1 week with rbc. i m not saying to change the bank like i did. i m just saying td has one of ths poor customer service reps.

I used to be with desjardin and never got to be approved for a car loan even if i had a job with 19$/ hour salary. After getting services with td bank they made sure that all my needs and question were covered. They are very proffessional and good to rectify any problem or misunderstanding. You can always rely to escalate your complain to the complaint line of the branch or call the OMBUDSMAN. This branch of TD makes sure you have the right services and are very inclined to the clients need. The agents makes sure to verifye the information given even if they have to validate with other staff member. This is amazing to see that protocoles are still WELL followed. Good job TD team!

Nice place but when you need to talk to someone the response is always I have a meeting" can you come back?"

I absolutely love this location, everyone is friendly , professional and most importantly the job gets done accurately.I love that all the advisors and staff are down yo earth ,making sure that we are all on same page & best solution for the client . I recommend this brunch on chabanel!

Your average Bank. It's very good and clean. All the staffs are great and cooperative and if I had a problem they would try to help me as soon as possible. Some people had some bad staff because they were unlucky, but the majority of the staffs are incredible!

edit | went back and Amanda was nice to me and did her best to help me out. Much appreciated.Unsatisfying service from Amanda the supervisor at the Chabanel branch. Been a business customer for 5 years and absolutely no service at all for small businesses. Never had a communication from them. I don't recommend working with them as they will not try to help you what so ever.

Bina was super helpful! I'm brand new to the city and province and was super intimidated about dealing with the issue I had at an unfamiliar location. She was able to fix my issues and was super kind and friendly about it, which really put my mind at ease. If you're a TD client I highly recommend using this branch.
