I had a similar experience as Alex Vilchynskyy. This company is beyond incompetent. They do not follow up or correct mistakes. They do not pay attention but try to shift the blame to the customer.Obviously, they have horrible management.

All I can say is avoid this company, they will lie that they did not receive your documents and never apologize for it after admitting they did receive it. Just like an employee named Harmeet did. If you want to pay extra fees and wait forever for your containers this the company to go with.
