Worst customer experience ever. Will never go to this shop again. Very arrogant staff. There was a cap in the counter which was mistakenly billed. I immediately gone back to the store to fix it. store manager made me to stand in the billing queue again which has 15 people ahead. I explained its not my mistake and why should i wait in the queue. She was not empathetic. If there is a negative star i would have given it;

Very unprepared & unprofessional at the halton hills location. On black friday i came into the store and noticed no prices on a lot of the shoes. When i brought it up to the cashier & manager I received Attitude back, I guess they do not like doing their job, As others have posted this location has really bad customer service.

Nice store. It's still a little expensive and the selection for children is limited. Mens and womens clothing there was lots of selection. Lots of employees to help with all of your shopping needs. Quality clothing.#localguides

Went to the store this afternoon to exchange a pair of pants. Was helped at the register by an associate named Patricia. She was rude and had a lot of attitude. She spoke negatively about the store and the lack of staff and hours to another associate while on register.

What a mess! I should have taken some pictures, then you believe what I will say is true. When we walked in the store, this place looked like a robbery just happened. All shoe boxes were opened and thrown on the floor, shoes were everywhere, good luck if you want to find a pair. Clothes racks were totally out of order, half of the clothes were hanging on the rack, another half were on the ground. Walked out right away.

Bode was super helpful with my shopping. Very customer friendly store.

Worst management ever I went there some time a few days ago. I see an employee folding clothes doing the usual stuff an employee does just talking to a customer. Then I see some person I presume the manger or some yelling saying get out. Go home just yelling at the employee.The other problem I had with the store was that there are not that many deals like they advertise. Overall if you wanna go to under armour I don’t recommend this one. From the way they treat there employees and the way they never have stock on various items.I DONT RECOMMEND

Meh, alright deals. Almost everything is buy one get the other 50% off. Nothing impressive.However, super annoying that their fitting room is closed due to covid. It's absolutely fine to touch everything, but God forbid it touches your body, surprisingly science here says that there is a higher chance of contracting corona by trying it on, VS using your hands.They do have a 90 day return policy, however I'm not interested in traveling that far if the item I purchased doesn't fit properly.Every other place had their change rooms open, so please if you know anything more than the health experts, help us save countless lives. If you are truly that worried, please shut down the store for our safety.
