Very accommodating and understanding. Just before my appointment, I had a minor car accident. They totally understood and patiently waited for me to sort things out. Amazing attention to detail, and most importantly, STUNNING nails.

Totally love this place. Michelle and her little one are creative artists (you just don't see the lil girl often since she has school, I guess). The place's also much nicer after the renovation

I tried calling a few times one day to book my nails as I needed them done for something and no one answered the phone...

After being at many nail salons, including high end in British Columbia and high end here in Windsor, I have to say this girl is the best. Not only for her quality, but her pricing too. I have went to her twice. The first time just for a shellac change - where she did the most amazing job and they lasted perfectly. So I went back for a full mani/pedi and shellac change and she did the greatest job. You can tell she is a perfectionist. She takes her time so you do not feel rushed, she is quiet so you can just sit and relax and watch tv, even if people walked in while she was doing my nails, she would tell them to come back, which if you're a girl who goes to the nail salon a lot, you know what that is like (feeling rushed!) lol. Don't let how it looks fool you (looks a bit dated) - you will be real happy, and the price is unreal. Half of what I've paid elsewhere!

The people that work there are very good at their job! This is my favourite place ever. Got acrylics done there multiple times & they lasted more than 1 month! I swear by this place. The prices aren't cheap but not expensive, they're the usual prices u see at salons, ex: acrylic $30, gel:$20, regular $15
