TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Excellent staff. Super helpful. Ample parking. Free coffee. Mostly no lineups - except during the busy season. Been banking with TD forever and never had an issue.

I’m sharing my experience with the sole purpose of providing genuine feedback that could allow TD Bank to improve their process. I do appreciate every employee’s efforts in helping me with their service to their best abilities.I was at a car dealership buying a new car and I was asked to provide a VOID Cheque. I opened the folder I was given when I opened my business account with TD, but the checks provided in a binder were black and had no business name or any other business info on them.I was then told by the car dealership that I can simply email them my direct deposit form, which I can find online. To my surprise, I could not find that form nor via my computer nor via my phone app. I can download a DDF form my personal account but not for my business accounts for some reason.After about 30 min on the phone with a bank rep I am advised to physically go into a TD bank branch to pick up a printing of my Direct Deposit Form.It would have been much easier if that standard form was simply available for download on my business checking account just like it is available for my personal accounts.

Manager here is one of the best ever!. They refill there coffee creams often. They greet customers very well! They attend to line ups very well.

The staff and management of this branch are wonderful. With the recent passing of my wife the help and consideration I received was incredible .The staff and management made my banking needs at this difficult time easy.l was treated professionally and thoughtfully .I would strongly recommend this branch to anyone

Personally, I would use any other bank for any kind of transaction. They have been slow, cumbersome, and plainly irritating to deal with.

Don't like the fact that cNt use atm after hours. Most other branches in 'way worse' areas let you take money out. What kind of bank won't allow you to withdrawl on a Sunday or after 6pm. Curious as see someone else left similar review and the response is to email and they will make it right. Dont see how that is possible, unless they are going to come and unlock the door. That response is ridiculous and just made me lower rarring. Staff in branch are good.

What a joke. They have an ATM but it’s only available during branch hours. Why do you have the ATM then?

I frequent this branch about 4 days per week and I can always count on the staff to be friendly and make me feel welcome as soon as I walk in the front doors. They go above and beyond duty to help myself and other banking customers. A must if you want quality banking service!
