If you want service here you'll have to yell and make a scene. I was waiting patiently for my appointment for over an hour when they let an unruly paintent take my appointment because they where being very rude. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere

Dr Wong was excellent! We have never had any issues with him! The admin staff I will say were incompetent! I had on 2 occasions last week advised and in fact instructed that my file needed to be requested from the Guildford location however that never occurred! Highly disappointed with the admin service and therefore at the moment I will keep my file at Guildford location! Like I mentioned my mom’s (VD) her appointment was excellent but I cannot say the same about my (RS) appointment!Thank you ~ Reena

Dr. Wong was very thorough and friendly. He listened patiently to my medical history and gave me clear instructions for the eye exam. I have had many optometrists at this clinic at Surrey Central Mall, every one of them has been great. Very professional and helpful. And the front desk was pleasant and efficient. Thanks!
