Dan, Brent, and Aaron deserve a big pat on the back! All three of them were all FANTASTIC to deal with - out of all of the different contractors we’ve had out here doing various jobs, your guys have been the ONLY ones who were here when they said they’d be here, and did exactly what they said they would. (You guys were the only ones who DIDN’T give us a headache!)We’re super happy with their work, and the fact that they even went above and beyond to help us chop up and haul away a different old furnace that was left behind by the previous owner of our house really showed their commitment to EXCELLENT customer service!We’ll definitely be recommending Mid-West to our friends, and call on you folks for any future work we need help with.

Last week during the hot spell my AC decided it was not going to run well. I contacted Mid West and within a couple of days Shane attended my residence. He was polite and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. I was very satisfied and received a surprise when I got the bill. Mid West had given me a discount. I highly recommend Mid West for any and all your needs.

Amazing company and I could not be happier with their service. After a recent power outage, our furnace was found to be broken and needed replacing. Midwest came to give us a quote that day and indicated there would be a possibility to replace it the next day. I told them if they could come the next day, I would go with them. This was before I got the quote and some people would worry that a company might take advantage of that and overcharge, but it was the complete opposite. The price was fair and competitive, plus they actually rearranged their schedule to accommodate putting our furnace in since we had no heat. When they came the next day, they were early, friendly, professional and did an amazing job. Long story short, this is a great company and I'm happy to say they've got a customer for life. I have always used Mid West but we recently had them come to do a furnace repair. They came the same day and had our furnace up and running with-in the hour. The service guy was courteous, professional and super knowledgeable.

Excellent service from Steve. I tried using another company and was very unhappy with their service and felt they were taking advantage of my elderly Mother. So glad I called Mid West.

At first they were great. Then the second time we had them in for a furnace repair it was a bad experience that ended up me having to get my family out of the house at 3 am for a CO2 alarm . It was a misdiagnosis of the secondary heat exchange. They did however refund the work that was done and just charged us the cost of materials.

We had our hot water heater replaced.When I called to book the appointment, the service was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.They booked our job in to do the same day.The installer was prompt, friendly, quick, efficient, answered all of our questions and knew his job.His work was very professional and he left everything neat and clean.The invoice was comparable to any other shop and exactly as quoted.I will definitely recommend Mid West and will have them back to do future work.Thanks for the great service.
