After waiting for 3 months for my order, the finally started to reply to emails. Only bright side was getting a refund once they started replying to emails was simple.But 3 months and still unable to fulfill an order, that was initially delayed till the first week of August (Ordered mid july) and then just giving no updates. Not good customer retention habits. Unfortunately ill be looking for a reliable astronomy retailer, will also be sending Celestron an email as it was their website that recommended them

This is a wonderful hidden gem! The owner is very knowledgeable and helped us understand all of the options available and which would be most appropriate.

The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. They also have an incredible ammount of variety in stock. For any one needing parts, looking to upgrade their telescope, or even first time buyers i heavily recommend coming to visit KW Telescope as you will not get such a personal and informative visit anywhere else.Just wanted to update this review further on how INCREDIBLY helpful the staff are at KW Telescope. I had a problem with my telescope that warranted an RMA, Celestron did take a while to get more telescopes in stock which i had to send the telescope to them to send me a replacement. KW telescope without missing a beat as i inquired about how they did invoices when purchasing in store, they emailed me the invoice so i could print it off at home. These folks here are awesome and cant stress enough to go into their amazing store even if you dont intend to purchase but just if you have questions or even calling them, they are soo helpful and knowledgeable! I definitely will be shopping here in the future.

Drove all the way from London to visit this store for the first time. We came with lots of questions, and we were accommodated well and very patiently. We had a great and informative conversation while there and we went home with the accessories we needed!

Always a great customer experience from Brian, Shannon and team. The item I ordered was not in stock when I arrived after driving from Toronto. Brian stepped in and sold me the item that was on their showroom floor, so I didn't have to make another drive out there. Awesome!
