Do not choose this company!!! If you are already under a contract with them find out when it ends!!!They require NO LESS than 90 days written notice and NO MORE than 120days.They are the absolute worst. I swear no one even works at the customer service desk!!!!!

So this place has drivers that like to wake residents in Burnaby Heights up at 7:00 AM with their trucks idling outside people's windows, backing up repeatedly and smashing garbage containers around, almost like they don't know how to operate their trucks properly.

The service is really rubbish. This company is either not answering the phone or they are super rude when they finally pick up.Nobody seems to actually care about the customer's needs.Avoid them if you can.

Aside from the bad smell that normally comes with these kinds of places and the confusing and unclear protocols for directing clients to appropriate dock or dump sites or retreiving scale tickets, this place can only gets worse..the extremely rude and hostile drivers are not only unhelpful but are on the verge of having a severe case of road rage you know the look" too much coffee
