It was very slow, had to wait for sizes, for a cashier, for any service in general. Not coming back. There are better places to shop.

My first time at this location. Needed to exchange a Jacket for a smaller size. I was helped by Calvin and he made that process so smooth.I am a Boss client for many years but my visit at the location made me feel that my favorite brand has an amazing sales team.

Amazing customer service! I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Kelly and she went above and beyond to help me in the store! I was buying a few items as a gift and for myself, she was extremely knowledgeable about sizing and the overall aesthetic I was going for.

We were so pleased with Prableen and his Boss location!! we needed 4 suits/tux for my sisters upcoming wedding. Prableen went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sizes and suit and even contacted multiple locations to find the tux we needed!!! She spent over an hour with us. This location has a great selection of items and it is easy to find what you are looking for due to the intuitive layout of the store. I had a great experience while shopping here last weekend, in part due to the staff proactively informing me about their ongoing promotions.

No service at all and the sales are untrained and unprofessional.They just standing there and told you we are busy we can not do anything for you now. They put a union pay logo on the counter and told us you can not use that payment method …Better to get more training !

Just visited the store few minutes ago (June 8 8:20pm). The store manager Kelly was not pleasant to deal with. Totally usless as a manager. Disappointing experience for the huge amount my husband and I spent there. .

They have really great deals and the oriental girl that was helping me went above and beyond for me. Great customer service and the person cashing me out was also very pleasant.
