Augusta Lawn Care of Nepean | Landscaping | Snow Removal

We used Augusta for snow removal this past winter and had an excellent experience. We used the form on the website to request a quote, which we received within 48 hours. The quote allows customers to then select which services they want and proceed. Very easy! They gave us email updates before every major snowfall which was an excellent way to manage expectations. We were never disappointed. Our driveway was always well taken care of!Special thanks to the gentleman on Christmas morning who hopped out of his tractor to help us push out our car when it got stuck in the snow on the street.Overall we had an excellent experience using this company for our snow removal and look forward to doing so again in 2024.

I am not happy with the services Augusta Lawn Care of Nepean provided and did not provide. They were to do the planter box in the front yard and it was not touched. However I was charged for it. 3.) Install A Shade Tolerant Plant In Planter Box Next To Front Door.My wife said they only provided 2-3 plants and I was charged for 5-7.They brought and charged for double the river rocks we needed. Two different reasons for the excessive amount of rocks were given. Andrew said he had to buy a minimum amount, Nick said it came from their yard. They covered all the Premium river rocks we had already placed with inferior ones and now the areas look flat and dull.They installed a Concrete edge but did not secure it and I'm sure it will shift over time.And a minor detail butThe work was completed on Thursday May 4th however the invoice was back dated to April 30th requiring immediate payment instead of the 7 days in the contract..Having seen the finished result I feel you were way over priced for the amount and quality of work done.

I cannot say enough good things about Augusta Lawn Care. From the very beginning, the folks answering our initial call and scheduling our consultation were helpful and responsive.. and then Nick showed up as promised and did a full walk through of the work we were hoping to have done. Despite being in the middle of what I'm sure was a super busy season, he got us our quote quickly and was helpful in answering my millions of questions!The team showed up as promised to do the work, and we were impressed with how friendly and polite they all were, and on top of that, they did fantastic work! They were efficient and had the whole job done in less than 2 days, and they checked in with us throughout to make sure we were happy with the job.After some terrible experiences with other landscaping companies earlier this year, we were basically about to give up on getting this work done at all.. but I'm so glad we decided to go with Augusta! In addition to regular lawn 'maintenance' Augusta has just finished Phase 2 of a garden installation.We are very pleased with their work.

We have used Augusta for lawn maintenance in the summer and snow removal in the winter. Always timely and reliable, very tidy when they leave the property. Today Stefano did a great job!
