Top rated quality and professional service!Our first time putting in a new chimney and woodstove in our new home (as opposed to moving in with an existing woodstove/chimney). Greg's expert knowledge and professionalism was evident from the beginning during the initial quoting step. He took the time to explain each detail and patiently answered any questions about the installation options and key considerations (e.g. location of chimney, impact to roof fascia, draft/back-draft). He was prompt in his communication leading up to the installation date including working directly with our woodstove supplier on stove specifications and any necessary pre-requisites. During the installation, Greg and his team was very professional, clean, and tidy. Everything went smoothly without any issues. They took the time to clarify any decision points (e.g. where to install the wall pass-through), no assumptions were made, which helped us feel reassured and very happy with the end result.Highly recommended! We will be looking to Greg for our annual maintenance as well as another installation for a woodstove in the workshop in the near future!
