Not a very good experience for me at all. I’m glad I stopped in time.

Dr. Bernstein was dismissive and insensitive. Appeared as though he lost interest in his clientele a very long time ago. His only interest was in generating vast sums of revenue for himself. I left his weight loss clinic many years ago and was successful in losing weight with another program.

Very bad customer service in Scarborough clinic they should have much better person at receptionTo welcome patients ,somebody nice and kind to serve the patient, notice that this program is not cheap and hard to follow so should be happen in nice and friendly inviroment.

The nurse Joan at the Leslie/Elgin Mills location is rude and negative. She is not encouraging and doesn’t listen to your needs.

I had start my journey last year January and I must say I love it I start with 160 pounds and I'm 5.2 by March I was down to 127 , it was my first time enrolling on a weight loss clinic , I was so happy all my pains went away as I lost all the weight unfortunately covid19 came around and the clinics close permanently and my understanding it's that it would be only online wich I try and I hate it and didn't like it I know there was a lot of us that wanted to go back at opening, I had put some weight on , now im looking for a in person clinic that can give me the same or even best result , to bad that all the clinics close , they should reconsider,it is my own experience I'm talking about it work for me but in.person

How in the world can this charlatan be allowed to practice?? After taking a number of injections (which are not much more than B vitamins) a fellow worker lost weight over a 3 month period (and a costly one at that). Six months later he gained it all back and then some!In order to lose weight you need a lifestyle change that will be better addressed with a qualified dietician. Beware of these quick weight loss claims!!

I am very disappointed with the treatment of the staff in Edmonton location. The manager is NOT EVEN a health care professional. Treats the staff who are professionals and provide client care at the highest level. The BBB rates this location an F. This is an ongoing problem. Telling staff they should quit if they don’t like her attitude. It’s sad that clients will lose quality of care because the manager expects staff to work alone during appointment. This scenario could also put clients at risk.. she is RUDE and condescending to staff and clients. I would think the head office would be smart enough to hire HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS that have have solid management experience and are fully aware of human rights and labour standards. Since speaking with a number of clients and witnessing the disrespectful treatment of the staff. I am making this location my personal target on social media’s highway of information to let the public know of the inadequate behaviour of this manager in Edmonton. No wonder they get an F and no positive reviews either.

Just seen bad reviews I decided to share my story. First of all I did my diet 100% online and I have reached and overreached my goal. I started @ 187lbs (I am 5'6) with BMI index 30+. I put a goal 160lbs and in 6 weeks I was 157lbs. The program was easy to follow and I had no problem maintaining diet guidelines. I've done shots myself (no pain and easy to administer). I used to drink water a lot (2+liters per day) so that was not a problem for me to comply with that. After 6 weeks on the diet I've taken another 6 weeks of maintenance program and after that I was on my own. During the maintenance my weight stabilized around 155lbs and I have range 152-155lbs now

I signed up for the clinic. Went a couple of times then everything shut down for Covid. Refunds should have been issued.I have over 400$ in credit and was told to order the kit then go on YouTube to learn how to inject myself or give the credit to someone or Buy product because they do not give refunds!! Products like protein bars full of sugar and shakes that I do not consume!I want my Money back..
