Tonight when I went in there was a new employee who was training. I assume the manager seemed extremely irritated. When the employee was putting cheese on the sandwiches the manger grabbed it from her hands and threw it back in the bin then put it in the toaster. As the employee was putting the toppings on the manger was leaning against the wall and by the look on her face she was not happy.Then the employee got to the sauces and she was only confirming what I had asked (repeated the sauce I wanted to make sure) I then heard the manger say “she did say house sandwich sauce”As I was walking out I could hear the manger yelling at her. If I were her I would of left on the spot. It was the absolute Most disrespectful thing I’ve witnessed.

Ordered the Little Italy and Stampede Brisket. I had a mix up with the app and called the store. They were super nice and helpful. The food was really delicious and we will definitely come back to this store. Thanks so much!

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Subway on Brandt: Soggy Sub and Rock-Hard Snack SandwichI recently ordered a turkey sub and a bacon and egg snack size sandwich from Subway on Brandt, which is conveniently close to where I live. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular order left me extremely dissatisfied and questioning the quality of their service.To begin with, the delivery time was incredibly slow. Despite the restaurant's proximity, it took almost an hour for my order to arrive. While I understand that Subway cannot be solely blamed for the delivery delay, it did contribute to the subsequent disappointment I experienced.Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the sub had become soggy during transit. I must admit that this is not entirely Subway's fault, as they cannot control the transportation process. However, it is disheartening to receive a sub that is no longer fresh and appetizing.But the real shock came when I opened the bacon and egg snack sandwich. To my disbelief, the sandwich was as hard as a rock. I couldn't understand how Subway could serve something in such a state. In fact, it was so hard that I nearly broke my teeth biting into it. I was appalled and genuinely puzzled by how this could have happened.I had initially given Subway the benefit of the doubt, suspecting that the issue may have stemmed from the delivery driver or the Uber Eats app. However, the quality of the snack sandwich left me with a strong suspicion that Subway itself is responsible for such a lapse in quality control.As a concerned customer, I took a detailed video of the rock-hard sandwich, which showcases the sheer lack of attention to detail and the disappointment it caused. It is deeply disheartening to have such an unpleasant experience when I expected nothing but a satisfying meal from Subway.While I understand that mistakes happen, the combination of the soggy sub and the inedible snack sandwich has left me highly displeased. I hope that Subway on Brandt takes this review as constructive feedback and works towards improving their quality control and ensuring that their customers receive the exceptional service and food they deserve.I sincerely hope that my experience was an exception, and that Subway takes the necessary steps to rectify the issues I encountered. Until then, I am hesitant to recommend this particular Subway location based on my recent disappointing encounter.

Hit and miss when it comes to quality, but recently had a consistent string of bad experiences in regards to amount of toppings.Photo attached shows next to zero lettuce and 2 tiny pieces of green pepper...Might be my last time ordering from here.

this is a regular subway I go to as it’s right on my way home from work, I went in tonight and was greeted by a lovely woman I later found out was one of the new owners! She said today was their first day in ownership and she chatted with me about my day and about my Christmas plans. It was refreshing to walk into a regular place I visit and be greeted like that as it used to be just the regular “just here for the cheque” attitude from previous employees (to clarify: never “bad” service, but no where close to above and beyond). Oh, and did I mention they were offering free cookies to customers for their first day in ownership? I only bought one sub combo and she even gave me an extra cookie for my boyfriend at home.I used to stop at this Subway out of convenience, but now I’ll make sure it’s the subway I prefer. I wish the new owners good luck, and I can’t wait to visit again!!
