the office staff is great. polite no issues but when i asked the yard crew responsible for unloading me, if it would be possible to have a fork lift or help lifting my tarps on my trailer i greeted with a giggle.i guess only there safety is an issue. so office staff 5 stars yard crew 1 for effort.

I wish there was a zero star option on this. office peoples are nice but the people's who's offloading the trucks are 100% rude. any driver visiting here I suggest you not to come here and waste your time. I'm not going to come here ever again.

I can only summoned that the other people writing reviews are friends of Rays or they are delusional. If you have ten people quit in A year or get fired that would only mean poor management. And the guys loading and unloading are just tired of the abuse by Ray and the control. And Peter who could set up a run properly if his life depended on it. What a joke this place is.
