Lens replacements came out to $40-80 cheaper than the quotes I had from 4 different places in the mall.Was so impressed with the service from the lenses, I decided to get fitted for contacts as well. Ivan is very friendly and helpful! He has the latest styles in stock at affordable prices. I chose out a pair of glasses that I really liked, but was way over my budget, Ivan kindly gave me a big discount to have them fit under my coverage! Ivan is very community oriented and would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I have been going to Insight Optical for almost 10 years now for glasses and love the experience every time. Ivan and his team are so knowledgeable, experienced, attentive, skilled, and caring. I went here after reading the positive reviews. I asked Ivan about some new glasses and to adjust my old glasses. He said no problem. Ivan was more pleasant than the average salesman. He pleasantly tried to explain why the glasses he wanted to sell me were nearly twice what I paid for my old glasses at another shop a couple of years ago. Ivan tried his best to remain pleasant even when it appeared that I wasnt interested in buying his overpriced glasses, but he forgot all about adjusting my old glasses. This is more or less what I expected going to a mall store and I will buy my glasses elsewhere.

I'll admit, I'm a picky person. I like quality products, and love quality service. Genuine people who treat you like a genuine person. Some eyeglass places are shady, at best. Other are cheap and bare bones. The people may not know enough to predict how to improve things for you.At In Sight they are superb. Helpful, but not pushy. Very knowledgeable. Impeccable service. They'll make sure your glasses get done properly from the start. And you can't go wrong no matter who helps you there.Do yourself a favour and get your glasses here.

I have been going to In Sight since it opened, Ivan is awesome, he is always very helpful and the products offered are great. He stands behind everything and the staff are always there to help. I send all my family and friends there, there is no need to shop anywhere else. They also have an impressive selection of kids glasses as well, there are not many of those places around.

Our 9 month old son requires special lenses with a very strong prescription.
