Friendly & helpful staff. Great variety of unit sizes. Conveniently located just off the highway. Security code gated access. Carts available on site to help move large items. Several large elevators and wide corridors make it easier to get items in & out. Your storage items (no food allowed) will stay safe, warm & dry.

The only negative thing I can think of is the smallish parking lot. The staff are very friendly. Great customer service. The building is always clean. This will always be my first choice if I ever need another storage unit or U-Haul in the Burnaby area.

The truck did not had it’s vents and air conditioning working. I was not provided with any alternative nor the customer care helped me out with that. The call centre manager refused to talk to me as well. The customer service told me to return the truck and did not give me any sort of assistance over the matter, despite of telling them how stuck I was with the situation.Horrible experience overall, I had to move the whole day without AC in scorching heat.
