First, they delivered the excavator with less than 1/3 tank…Then, they charged us double what our quote was originally due to their own mistake. Will not rent there again.It’s too bad because the staff was great in general. However, the last customer service lady was borderline arrogant and left us very bitter.

This shop is absolutely awesome and super friendly. This guys sure practice customer service, I can tell you that other businesses need to learn from here lol

This is a good clean professional place with a small showroom and a broad range of items to rent. Small tools, power tools, pressure washers, excavators, trenchers, loaders, core drills and core bits, saws and saw blades, etc. Their equipment looks well maintained

Team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me rent a chainsaw. One of their staff, Mark even went to far as to test it, take me through a few procedures and maintenance tips before I left. Great team and a great business. Thanks guys!

Amazing- courteous and professional- service. I reserved 2 generators for an outdoor event. I was very impressed with the professional and knowledgeable service from the young man who helped put it in my van. I would definitely recommend Rental Network to anyone.

I rented equipment 2 times. First time they lost my credit card slip and I had to go back in then they told me company policy was I had to pay a fuel deposit and it would be refunded when I return the machine. When I returned the machine they claimed that I never paid the deposit and refused a refund.The 2nd machine had a flat tire, was returned early and when getting my refund she only then explained that they take 10% and keep it as some repair fee even if nothing was damaged and then on top charge an environmental fee for what who knows, I told her she should have explained that when I rented the machine she got rude and mouthy and then it took over an hour to get a refund.I am going back to using D.Johnson Equipment, they may not answr their phone all the time but Ive never had these issues!
