When we built our new home we went to see Casey at Genier's and were absolutely impressed with his product knowledge and fantastic customer service. Having been in the sales business myself for all my working life I have a solid understanding what outstanding customer service should feel like and Casey certainly delivered, not just in the sales process but in after sales service as well. When our son recently required appliances for his new home in Kelowna and was starting to shop in the big box stores we directed him to Casey and once again received top notch service. The pricing was comparable but the service offered by Casey was vastly superior to anywhere else, we recommend him and Genier's wholeheartedly.

That was easy it has to Genier's, and then I privileged to deal with Casey in customer service. This man is upbeat, helpful, knowledge and all round outstanding person.It was a pleasure to interact with him and the team

Poor customer service, a little condescending. I ordered a Fridge, and you must put down 50% of the total cost. Didn't have one on display to exam the fridge, but said if you don't like it when it comes in we will refund your $1000 down payment. Found one in town a week later did not like Fridge. Went back and told them I saw the Fridge and did not like the quality of the crisper boxes. He wasn't happy returning my $1000 deposit. Told him I'll be looking at another brand name and make sure the fridge fits my small kitchen. Found a Whirlpool model like my existing fridge and a Bosch dishwasher that the Brick had on sale. They won't match price and if they had the Fridge on sale a week later they would not give me the sale price while I'm waiting for it to come. Mean while I still have to give a 50% deposit, $1500.So they forced me to finally go to a Big Box retailer, lol and I saved $200 more by doing it.

We have gone through very hard times the last two years. I finally have all my appliances after almost a year and a half. This is not the fault of the sales team at Geiners. The staff at Geiners are extremely helpful and appologetic for the events of the last two years. The world has felt the hurt from manufactures either closed from mandates and or lack of parts and pieces to assemble the product that you and I buy. At no time have I ever felt that this is the retailers fault. This was the fault of the restrictions put in place by our government shutting everything down, due to said Covid 19.I applaud the staff at Geiners, especially Casey whom I dealt with. We all need to support our small businesses, and leave the big box stores behind.May Geniers have many more years serving our community.

Review to be continued from before. Actually, until I wrote this, there was no contact after I reached out. Once the previous posting was written, finally someone did reach out. NOT CONSTANT CONTACT. Yes, we did take out insurance - what it is regarding is a lack of response - we can't even get the a response to make a claim. Saying that, Packaging of glass shelves is the fault of the shipping department, however it appears we are responsible for their action. The glass shelves were shrink wrapped together . Styrofoam cushioning was placed onto. See the pictures previously sent along with the lack of proper protection of the fridge. Here we are, holding the bag.. Its not our fault on the shelves, but we are responsible. Again, too bad it took this for responses.... That is what this response is about. Let get this done and addressed.

Had a very disappointing interaction with this business. We have purchased two full kitchens from them over the past 10 years and have been loyal customers. We bought a Danby upright freezer from them 3 years ago that just stopped working. Called them for help and they can’t get a service person here for 2 weeks! Goodbye frozen food. What’s worse is the guy sounded like he couldn’t care less. Completely uninterested. They’re happy to take your money when you buy but don’t expect any follow up customer service. Won’t be using Genier’s again.

We went initially to another outfit to fix our fridge and after 21/2 months with no resolution we went to Geniers. Service start to finish was top notch. Dustin was the technician that was sent out to diagnose the problem and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional, reliable and kept us informed through the 2 day process. This was not the case with the other outfit we initially went to. The repairs are costly and have decided to replace the fridge. Thank you Dustin and Geniers for taking care of us so well. You will be our go to for any future appliance repair.
