Spacious Storage on Ellis is unequivocally the best storage facility around. The on-site staff (you know who you are) are great, the complex is immaculate, safe, secure and state-of-the-art. I'm truly grateful for all of the above and have no hesitation recommending Spacious Storage to anyone contemplating their service. BRAVO to Adam and his wonderful team. You rock!

Spacious storage was really great! I didn’t even have to go in to setup my storage space during their business hours. They set everything up with me over the computer and online and made it super easy so I could go in to load my storage the same night.Definitely recommend

Had to stop here on a winter run one day with our baby who had become very upset suddenly, and the staff was so kind to let me come inside and tried to help in any way they could. Very much appreciated! Would recommend based purely on the kind people :)

Catherine & Team at Spacious Kelowna are the best! We have had multiple units here, and would recommend Spacious to anyone and everyone who will listen. Air conditioned or heated, safe, wide hallways and elevators, easy glide roller doors to the units - we have been so pleased with our experience. Every time we have to contact the office, no matter who it is that answers our calls or emails, they are so friendly and explain even the simplest things so that anyone can understand.I appreciate how secure not only our goods are, but the paperwork & correspondence. Professional & exceptional service all the way through.Catherine, especially, has been amazing - and has made our interactions beyond easy. I love how efficient & communicative she is! Absolutely AMAZING! Adam (staff member) is so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, & kind! Building is CLEAN, office is clean, parking lot is clean, elevators are clean, hallways clean, Units are clean - it's nice to see and feel comfortable to walk in. Also want to mention the security in this storage building is bar none - your stuff is 1000% safe (unless you give your code and key someone-thats on you) codes are easy to remember. You get a complete tour and shown how it all works.
