So impressed with products and their fantastic customer service. I emailed a couple of weeks ago after my aqua blade was accidentally thrown into a bucket with some paint thinner and warped. I emailed them asking if it was possible to buy a new replacement blade and they responded that they would replace regardless. I pulled out my aqua blade a day or so later to find it was 100% and no longer warped. Great product and impressive customer service!!

Recently purchased a Mulberry Silk pillow at a trade show in Toronto to replace a much loved but well worn silk pillow. I was excited to try it but didn’t even sleep one night with it. The construction was too flimsy and didn’t have the heft of my previous silk pillow. The person assured me it was 100% silk but when I looked at the tag it said the “outer layer” was 100% silk but the inside was 100% polyester. I should have looked at the tag before buying but shame on the representative for not being truthful about your product. Would not recommend the product or purchasing from Ocean Sales.

Received mine this morning and was defective, crack in the plastic where you connect the piece to the base. Their gal hung up on me and said no time for my drama. Then I called back and she said they would get me a label, no label sent. Called back a 3rd time and 4th time.I expect a full refund including the shipping I paid at time of order.Not quality when the plastic piece was already flawed and there was no way the handle part would lock in. The top piece fit and locked but not the bottom.Their customer service gives a run-around and I do not appreciate being hung up on!!

Can’t compliment this companies great service enough. They truly make you feel that you are an important customer and they want to be sure you are satisfied with their product. I had an issue with my mop and in contacting them they offered trouble shooting tips in a very friendly manner. When that didn’t work they promptly replaced it in a very easy no hassle fashion. Having just come through a house build I can tell you this kind of service is rare to find.Don’t hesitate to purchase their amazing mop which I love. They will not disappoint you.

I bought a frying pan from Costco on 21 july 2018. But now I have a problem,the layer on the pan is coming off and I can't use it anymore. According to the warranty, but customer servcie said me !!!The findings of the quality control team indicate that the pan does look like it is in quite good condition. Some wear and tear over time is normal. Eventually with usage!!!

The customer service provided is exceptional. I had issues, but the way they took care of me was incredible. This wasn't my first purchase, and everytime I have emailed or called, the service has been so great! I will continue to buy from Ocean, because their aquablade and carbon cloths are awesome and if there is an issue I can count on the customer service folks!

Customer service is fantastic. Having had difficulty ordering on-line ( home address was not accepted), I called and had my order completed quickly and easily. Then, I receive my parcel 6 days earlier than predicted on tracking. What better service could be had? Thank you Ocean Sales group for a great experience. Oh yes, my Olsio iron is fantastic!

The aqua blades and carbon tuffs are incredible! Cleaning windows used to be a chore that I dreaded but no longer! They truly save time and effort. The carbon tuffs especially are a miracle and leave such a polished look on my windows, fridge, stove, mirrors, etc. I love them so much I have purchased several to give as gifts for my family and friends. I keep one in our vehicles to clean windows and have mentioned them to strangers that I have seen cleaning their car windows. I love them!

We have tried numerous products over the years, including the carbon tuff cleaning cloths, and they have been nothing short of amazing! The items advertised are exactly as described and the whole team at Ocean Sales Group are very knowledgeable about everything they sell. They also have a great warranty program. We always look forward to seeing their products at various shows throughout the year, would highly recommend!
