I phoned John as we had no heat or hot water during a cold snap and our regular plumber was not able to troubleshoot the problem. I contacted my boiler manufacturer, Viessmann, who recommend John. He responded quicky and was very professional as he explained the issue and resolved the problem the same day! I would highly recommend Northridge Mechanical!

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Northridge. I needed some work done on my deck to support my natural gas BBQ and fireplace, John came out the same afternoon and did it at all at a fantastic price. Very high quality work, checked all options and chose the best ones (and explained them when doing so), and helped me out with things that weren't even in his job description. Would recommend in a heartbeat and will definitely use in the future!

We were having trouble with our heat, but couldn't find a company to come out. We tried Northridge and they managed to fit us in right at the end of the day.The technician replaced the failed zone valve quickly and left the place cleaner than he found it.We are really happy that we tried this company and will definitely use again.

We found a surprise leak on our hot water tank and needed help after hours. We were able to get in contact with John right away. His communication was excellent in terms of problem solving and pricing and he was able to be at our place within 30 mins at 10pm on a Saturday night. Upon arrival he was super professional, friendly and efficient. Northridge will definitely be at the top of our call list anytime we need help in the future - would highly recommend to anyone needing assistance!

Northridge Mechanical did a great job for us. We had an issue with our sump pump and they answered the phone immediately and were able to see us within the hour. They were super professional and made sure that everything was 100% before they left.

Our tub faucet and shower head needed replacing for a while. We called Northridge and John showed up on time and did a great job. We now have a faucet and shower head that is no longer on a continuous drip and we’re super happy with the updated model we chose.
