Just want to give Paul a shout out at Geek squad at Best Buy Langford location. This man will go above and beyond for you. Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel he needs to be recognized for his services. Its employees like this that keep the company going. Geek Squad give this man a pat on the shoulder and a huge raise. He deserves it!!!

Phoned and asked if they worked on Xbox One disk drives and was told, absolutely. Brought my Xbox in to a Geek squad location and they said they can't and never work on xbox's. Waste of time. Luckily the manager was able to reccomend a business that could help me out. Good on him, bad on the rest.

Geek Squad is the tech arm of Best Buy, we pay for a yearly membership and it's well worth it for all the technical support we get. It's not our area of expertise so when we have a problem, the Geek Squad solves it for us!

I had a bad experience at Best Buy Geek Suad. I was promised a phone call the day after I dropped off my laptop and did not have a call I waited all day. You can't get a hold of the local store and when I went in I was treated poorly. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Very disappointed.
