Don't ever hire JDI to clean anything. The took my money showed up 3 times for an entire week and barely done any work. Stay away from JDI there is numerous other cleaning companies in KW that are much cheaper and more reliable.

Be careful hiring JDI Cleaners, my company hired them to do a large cleaning job and they ended stealing a client's purse purse and a brand new pair of shoes. I would never hire them again.

Where can I start? JDI has been great from the start! We've had nothing but great service from day one.If ever I had an issue then I only have to call or even text the Franchise owners Natasa and Mickey and they respond immediately. Very friendly and professional team of workers always stop to say good morning or move aside from what they are doing to let you go by. They have always gone above and beyond what has been asked of them, if they notice a dirty window inside or out they clean it and if someone walks into my office with muddy boots they vacuum again. I would highly recommend JDI for any cleaning needs.

PLEASE SEE SCREEN SHOT WITH SANDRO - JDI MANAGER. I’ve never done a housecleaning before so I wasn’t aware how long it takes. I asked if 2 hours was enough time because I wanted to be home during the process and I was met with hostility. I had to wait 5 days for a response from Sandro prior to this screenshot and reached out again myself. He asked me to remind him I had a cleaning scheduled as well. Very unprofessional.

Natasa & Miki, the franchise owners in Kitchener, are fantastic to work with.Their team came on to help during our new construction build 4 years ago, which was unorganized and chaotic (on our part), and they were understanding, adaptable, friendly, and so incredibly hard working.They TRIPLED their manpower when we were coming up on our move-in deadline, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for move-in day, and we've worked with them ever since.If you're looking for a hard working team of genuine people, I would 100% recommend JDI for any of your cleaning needs.Thank you guys for everything :)
