TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
Today I went to this branch with a problem that I was unsure how to handle. I was met upon entering by a gentleman named Michael. He dealt with my needs efficiently and with kindness and made me feel like the most important person/problem in his day. He took the time to explain thoroughly and twice reiterated that it was his pleasure to help. I understand he is moving to the Strasburg Branch....... so those who deal at that branch will be very fortunate! Thank you Michael !!

Rebecca M was AMAZING! She helped us set up a new joint account and gave us awesome suggestions and information as we walked through the process. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at this location, I would definitely drive to Waterloo just for the people :)

Terrible service, rude and unhelpful. Simple tasks like RRSP contributions are a headache and require branch visits apparently. My experience is not the same with Tangerine or Scotiabank. Both banks allow for contributions without branch visits and are more than willing to assist me. Will be moving everything over to another banking institution.Update. - it gets worse i called up the bank hoping i could do it over the phone but i can't i need to see a "mutual funds""" """""expert"""" and deal with some time share pitch every time i want to give the bank money.My disgust level is beyond words at this point

I've been a frequent flyer to this branch lately and Michelle and the whole team have been nothing but amazing and so helpful and caring during my time in the branch. I can't thank them enough for all they've helped me with! Truly great people and I've never been to another bank/branch with such caring employees. 5/5!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!This is the 3rd time I DEPOSIT cash at the teller and they ALWAYS make a mistake at your disadvantage. First time it was $100Second time it was $100Third time I deposited 9800 she took the money counted it in the machine and came up to me to sign a recipt for 7600 !!!ALWAYS COUNT YOUR MONEY FIRST AND KNOW WHAT AMOUNT YOU ARE DEPOSITING .*** td can hire new staff or replace the money counters that clearly are not working with the new non-paper currency

The staff are very friendly and helpful.One of the staff, Marta was very helpful in providing me financial advice and even showed me how to minimize fees. I gave her a 10 in the survey afterwards.The one reason why I took off a star - the parking lot is not very friendly to navigate and could be better designed. There can also be long wait times during the higher traffic times. That said, the service makes this a good branch.Otherwise, a solid location to do your banking, especially if you walk and live in the nearby suburbs.

I attended this location on March 30 2022. The staff were incredibly rude. I had a government cheque from the ministry of transportation, needless to say these guys refused to help. I will be closing my account with TD never to consider in the future. Zero stars if I could.

The place I work has a business account here so I am there a few times a month (I also frequent all the other banks in the area too for business). This bank and this specific location is fabulous. Always friendly service, always quick and helpful with my banking needs. It’s always a pleasure to come here. Unlike BMO or RBC around the corner, the staff here at This TD are actually properly trained before they’re put on a till. So everyone knows what they’re doing and you don’t have to wait ages.The staff are great at making small talk too, that has always stood out to me here.

Very busy and poorly designed parking lot. Also the bank teller didn’t ask if I wanted cheques deposited separately which I didn’t appreciate he just seemed in a rush not sure why… you shouldn’t be rushing when dealing with other peoples money…
