I have been to this location a few times in the last few months and every time is a negative experience, but today's was the worst. The service is ALLWAYS slow and they priorities the drive-thru over the hungry people waiting inside, and the soda machine is never filled. If you are hunger and in the area the Dairy Qween two buildings down is WAAAY better!

What happened to this place? I went through the drive thru at 3pm and sat forever. The parking lot and drive thru was littered with trash. The food when it finally came was mediocre at best and my order was not even taken correctly and I ended up with fries when I didn't order them and was charged. Won't be visiting this location again. Call Tamarack and have them train your staff because that Wendy's is outstanding and efficient location.

This location is literally the worst. The staff are impolite, always In such a hurry to get your order wrong. Things I have paid for have been missing or they charge you for the burger you ask for but when you open it up. It’s not at all the burger you paid for. It’s frustrating because I love Wendy’s and this location is the only one near my house.

I really can't believe that there is someone with no common sense when taking an order at the drive-thru. I went to this particular Wendy's on Canada Day. It wasn't particularly busy at this time. There was one vehicle in front of me and they were at the window already. After the cashier welcomed me, I proceeded to place my order. I had mentioned that I wanted a Dave's single and before I could say any more, the cashier asked me to please hold. After what seemed to be about 2 or 3 minutes of waiting, the cashier came back on and told me the item I ordered, the cost, and that they'll see me at the window. The cashier didn't even ask if I wanted to order more and just assumed that was all I wanted to order. I had to actually raise my voice to tell them that I had more to order, so that I don't get cut off and not get attended to. When I ordered a kids meal of 4 chicken nuggets, I was told by the cashier that the smallest order of nuggets is 6-pieces. I then asked if they don't sell kids meals anymore, and if so, they need to update their menu so as to not mislead people. The cashier finally clued in that I was ordering a kids meal. When I pulled up to the window, they had a large drink of some sort to hand me. I had to ask what that was for and if it was for free. I'm still trying to figure out how anyone could have misheard large fries as anything else. So yeah, head to any other Wendy's if you want service with common sense.

Waited like 15 min in the drive thru, they forgot the poutine and my drink. Ask for those, wait another 5 min. Pic is the poutine I got. Two small grain of cheese and maybe a teaspoon worth of gravy. Ridiculous location, second worst other than the one that gave me a raw patty the one time.I haven't touched the burger yet, I'm kinda scared..

Food was hot and well packaged. The staff we're friendly. I didn't have to wait long during lunch hours. Great service!It's been a long time since I've eaten Wendy's. I forgot how good the patties are. Next time I'm in sherwood Park, I'm grabbing a Wendy's burger again.The menu displays could use a bit of an update.

I think I have more personality in my baby finger then the drive through staff did. You get the feeling like they didn’t want to be there. The food was great and fresh that itself gets 5 stars But the staff my be the reason I never go back

Absolutely disappointing! Fountain drink machine not working as usual. Frosty machine not working again. Just did a big Reno on the restaurant but refuse to invest in the things that actually matter. Wendy’s corporate needs to review the practices here.
