A serendipitous find amongst heavy-duty businesses in an industrial park in central Nanaimo. Elves were busily working away in the back warehouse packaging beer. The guest lounge was ringing with the sound of pumps, compressors, and valves hoisting gases to transform cereal starches into sugars and proteins until a magical brew appears in the brew kettle, treating the neighborhood to the primordial scent of malty-sweet beer in the making. I had a flight of four for $8. The Wee-Heavy Scotch Ale with a Cinnamon twist is sublime. Enjoy and be responsible, not necessarily at the same time!

Lovely brewery. Seems like a hidden gem. The staff was so lovely. And the prices are great! VIU alumni get a discount there if you have the VIU alumni app!

Decent beer selections along with a kombuccha for the non-drinkers as well. Space is small and only pepperoni sticks available as a snack. Staff was very friendly.

Really enjoyed this place. Love trying local breweries and it was a great time. Service was really great. German and scotch beers were outstanding. To top it off there was a good truck with just what the doctor required. Your have to go and find out.

Local craft brewery. Nice people, nice space. Outdoor tables that DO NOT show up on the latest satellite pic (2021.04.21). Stopped in for a flight, then a pint of wee heavy. I can taste fruit notes but I can't identify it. Delicious. Thanks!

Neat little place! Tasty beers...I had the dark blackberry chocolate and my wife had the blood orange radler...both were Amazing! The pretzel sticks were delicious, with a generous amount of cheese sauce too!
