I have bought different cars from different dealerships in the past and had varying experiences. I bought a very clean Mazda CX5 from Medallion Motors, and had the best customer service experience ever. Omar was very accommodating, honest and transparent about the car and its history. We were extremely happy as he helped us through out the whole process.Few days after the purchase, heating in both of the front seats went off. I doubted if this was even going to get fixed. I informed Ibrahim about it and to my surprise he was more than willing to get it inspected and get it fixed (very costly repair)! He paid for all the inspection costs at Mazda service center to find out the problems and using the report paid and got both seats heating issue fixed! Super happy with their support.

Ibrahem and Bilal made the entire car purchasing experience great. They handled the entire process well and explained all of the details clearly. I've waited 6 months to write this review, as I wanted to make sure the car I bought wasn't going to suddenly develop a catastrophic system failure... so far so good !My experience at Medallion Motors was outstanding. Bilal and Ibrahem provided me with all the information I asked for about the car I was interested in, they gave me a great price on my trade-in, took care of a minor issue I noticed on the vehicle and gave me what I consider was a fair deal on the finance and the warranty.There was no 'pushiness', just a respectful interaction and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car.

Ibrahim went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. He was extremely honest and actually helped give an honest picture of what the maintenance of a luxury suv would be. He was quite knowledgeable and actually worked really fast as I wanted to take the vehicle in 2-3 days.I even spoke to the mechanic they use and he had good things to say about the guys at medallion motors. Their quality standards are a lot higher than safety requirements so I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

We bought a 2018 CRV from Medallion last winter and my family loves it. The price was reasonable and the staff was helpful and patient. In the second day after I bought car, the warning on tire pressure showed up on dash. And I drove the car back. They help me replaced the sensor with no charge. I was very happy about the experience with Medallion and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

November 5, 2022. The day I drove off with my dream car!! The only 2017 Impala premier with low mileage in Ontario at that time. they had many more amazing cars. Ibrahim and Omar were very sincere and helpful, down to earth guys. They also helped me save money and put on winter tires too!! Haven't forgotten them and plan to visit to Medallion Motors and say Hi. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing car.
