TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
I have used other banks before and TD has been the best. I never had a problem at this branch. Every time I need to see the teller, I never wait more then 5mins. They are quick, polite and efficient. Pro tip: don’t go to the bank during high peek hours and you’ll be fine. Also if you must, the bank machines can now even deposit money instantly and read checks.

The clercs are polite but very slow workers. Long lines, no chairs for the clients to wait, no public washroom , only two windows open to serve the clients when other staff are passing by back and forward. The client service should be upgrated, and should be more comfortable while waiting in the line.

So many issues with this place. Having mortgages with this branch, they are responsible with our school taxes & never has been paid by td. I got some penalty for late payment and I had to pay for them.I also opened a business account at this branch at the beginning of August. I still did NOT get the cheques and the credit card. I went to the branch 4 times, never got fixed. I have called few times, they never answered. I left voice messages, they never called me back.MUST avoid this branch !

Incompetent employee refused to provide a service for which the customer service on a phone told me to go to the bank. Wasted time and money as I had to take time off work to visit the branch. Did not respond to my email after.
