Dorris and her team is great to deal with. I wasn't able to use UFile software this time around. Based on my colleagues recommendation, I came to Dorris just a few days before the tax deadline. I called a few times to ask some questions; in spite of how busy they were Dorris and Anne answered my questions and I felt confident using Dorris's services. I packaged all my documents and gave it to them. Their staff called me to ask some questions after hours, Dorris met with me one on one and went over the details, answered all my questions patiently and my taxes were filed promptly.
