My husband and I are very grateful for Henry Matthew Silva Rojas. We are so worried where we can get an architectural design for our backyard awning and carport. Luckily, Henry responded and he guided us through the process. He is very professional, patience, absolutely amazing, organized, honest, and very helpful. We could not have done it without his help.Very good first time experience on getting a building permit. We highly recommend him and Rojas Empire of Design for all architectural needs :)

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!Be careful hiring Henry. It's one of the worst experience I had with designers or Architect. Be aware. He or his staff are NOT ARCHITECTS. After taken more than $8000 in fee's and resubmitting two times. We are still without a permit two years later. After leaving many messages and e-mails. No awnser or even a phone call to let me know that he has abandon the file. He will take your money and string you along and then ghost you, he won't answer emails or voice message. I should have known better because he was very arrogant and belligerentafter Patrick left as he was the one doing the original plans.
