Went in to buy 3 dirt bikes and a quad never got any service stood on the show room floor for 30 minutes before being asked if I need help. The salesman walked right by me and smiled. I’ve tried 3 times in the past month. Needless to say I went to North Star and got one 125 Honda 250 Honda and 140 Kawasaki and a 300 brute. The Donnelly family will be out on the trails thanks North Star Rec.

Shaun was extremely help with my purchase of a 2023 YXZ 1000R. We talked for many days and his patience was really appreciated. When I had issues trying to install the new windshield he also went above what was expected and even talked to me when he wasn’t working. Great employee to deal with. My only issue was with the parts guy who didn’t even look me in the eyes when he was dealing with me and ordering a $1200 windshield. I wasn’t happy with that part or the signing of paperwork which was done as fast as I think it was Mike could get it done. Also had to wait for over an hour for the Mike to get the bike cleaned and plates to arrive which was supposed to be done before I arrived from 4 hours away.
