My parents just bought a rangehood from the store. The sales person reassured them that it would fit into their current space and house structure. After taking it out of the box my parents discovered that not only the rangehood was scratched on the side, there's no way it would install in their kitchen. They called the store immediately. the store refused to let them return the rangehood thought it's still brand-new in it's original box.
