Aucune considération pour les clients. Les résultats des traitements lasers ont été affectés en fonction des deux fermetures en lien avec la Covid-19. Lors de l'évaluation sur la pilosité restante, on me dit verbalement que j'aurai droit à 1 ou 2 traitements supplémentaires. Lors du premier traitement on me fait signer une quittance mentionnant le traitement supplémentaire (je signe ne croyant que c'était une quittance par traitement). Quelques semaines plus tard, à la fin de mon deuxième traitement, on me dit que je dois le payer ce dernier. J'explique qu'on m'avait pourtant dit que c'était un ou deux traitements supplémentaires et que personne ne m'avait dit que le deuxième traitement était payant. La succursale ne prend aucune responsabilité pour les informations qui m'ont été dites et considère plutôt cela comme une erreur de communication.... Aucune flexibilité de leur part malgré mes explications.Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit malheureusement.

Rosalie refused to give me my service this time. There was traffic on Tachereau and I arrived 5 minutes late. They are ridiculous!!! Actually she is ridiculous because I have to admit that I did receive good service by two of the ladies. I still have a few treatments left but I do not recommend Epiderma in Brossard at all. This is not my first time having issues with this location.

Employées super gentilles, sympathiques, elles prennent le temps d'expliquer les étapes, elles répondent à nos questions. Très professionnel! J'ai eu de très beaux résultats pour l'épilation au laser :)

Les employés (ées)sont super professionnelle, gentils (es) l'expérience sociale et professionnelle est super. Le traitement médical a bien été avec résultats positif! C'est une belle équipe, merci a tous ( tes) pour les soinsJe vais y retourner 100% et aussi recommander!

J’ai acheté un traitement pour ma conjointe à cette succursale. Plusieurs fausses informations ont été données et l’information a mal été inscrit dans son dossier. Maintenant, ils veulent lui charger pour un traitement supplémentaire auquel elle a droit... manque de professionnalisme et d’imputabilité flagrant de leur part. Je ne recommande aucunement cet endroit. Investissez votre argent ailleurs et pour des compagnies qui se soucient de leur clientèle.

I had a chemical peel treatment that cost almost a thousand dollars. I'm very disappointed with the result or I should say no result or the result is worse than when I started the treatment. The service is so bad , the truth is they don't care, all they care about is to sign you up and pay upfront the full amount of the treatment which is not a joke. I went to this place because it's a known place to help people like me who's having a problem, but they actually worsened the problem that I had plus the cost that I paid without any good result. They took picture of me after my visit and they know and seen that there's no good result on what they are doing, but still giving high hopes that it will be better, but until the very last treatment no good result and they asked me to go back for evaluation, when I went back, its seems that they don't know and they want to sign me up again for the same treatment, so I said no, I came back because the treatment did not worked out and my face is worsed than when I started the treatment. The lady that work there told me that someone will call me and evaluate what had happened, but until now, it's been 2 weeks now I did not receive any call from them. So I am telling you people not to go to this place, they just want your money, worker there are young and it seems that they do not have that good experience. They do not deserve any star in this place. If someone who has the same bad experience like mine and you thinking of class action lawsuit please sign me in.Hello once again it's me, I did reply through emailed twice actually giving my name and my phone number, but sadly no one called me neither replied to my emailed. It's just really showed that this company is not really for helping people, but just for the profit. Anyway, you just loss one good costumer and of course in every opportunity you won't get any good review from me. My request please don't say that you will contact people with bad review, but in reality you never did even once. So dissapointed and sorry for myself in trusting you. Find professional worker too!

A fuir !!!!! Compétences zéro. Pour voir l'argent il faut avoir leurs yeux( Esthéticiennes). il n'y a pas de dermatologue à la clinique. Pour que je ne vois pas ce qu'elle manigance, elle me demande de fermer les yeux ensuite elle m'injecte une seringue de 550$ et on me facture les prix de deux seringues. Arnaque au carré !!!!!! En plus le résultat est nul. Faux produits Juvederm chinois. A bannir

My daughter signed up for chemical feel, she was dissapointed with the service they rendered. No good result, it got worsed actually. They also say they will contact her, but no one actually called or send any message. That was 4 months ago. So find other place that truly care and do what they are supposed to do.

I did laser hair removal by Epiderma a year ago and I am still so happy with the results, that’s what prompted my to leave a review now, because I really got what I paid for! Thank you very much for the lasting service, good well done!
