The team who works in the beauty department are not honest. I asked them about Brows Sourcils. The lady said “Its great I use it “ when in fact its joke, it doesn’t work. I went the next day to return it. They said sorry we just sell here we don’t deal with the company. Basically whatever you buy you are responsible for . They don’t return and you have to deal with the company. And they sell over 300$ electrical laser and other machines. This non returned policy mentioned No where. This is just cheating the client big time.

i went on 20 june evening at 06:42 pm to buy STL transport adapte ticket and i was clear in my request that i need them for Laval color green zone B, the cashier gave me regular pass and confirmed that they are for transport adapte i paid 94.50 for 30 pass.When i called STL to be sure, they informed that they are wrong, even the price is higher because she charged me new price effective 1st july, i came back next day to this pharmacy to exchange them, another cashier said that they dont sold this kind of pass and i have to go to metro station to ask for a reimbursement. i will never buy from this pharmacy, they have many unprofessionnel persons at cash and poste canada. this sitution never happened at cure labelle pharmaprix they have a better service.

Such a terrible service, we went in to get some stuff and two gift cards, some problems came up with the gift cards, they took extra $100 from us to try again and it took 1 and a half hours till they gave us a gift card but then said they can't refund it and asked us to give a phone number to call us back. We were here from Toronto and we were leaving right the next day and can't really wait for them to call us and they won't refund. One lady helped us with the stuff and tried to do her best but the other lady in the cosmetic section was rude, and while we were patient for a long time and we complained when it took FOREVER, she had an attitude. We're still waiting for someone to come and say something for almost 2 hours now, and we have no idea where the manager is and won't come and talk to us like a good manager should do to their costumera.... Ps. If something like this happened in Toronto they would've gave us a free perfume or a discount or something.

Went today for cough syrup and went to cash myself out. The Buckley’s was on special for 12.99 yet when I scanned it came to 18.99 , I told the lady and she went to check and said it wasn’t that product that was on special. I told her that in Quebec law if it wasn’t priced properly they should give it at the price that’s displayed. She then said she would get her manager mind u she refused to speak to me in English she was answering me in French the whole time. Then the manager came and told me a customer had stocked it in the wrong place . As I was cashing myself out they were all standing around talking about me so I mentioned to the manager how her worker refused to speak to me in English and her response was this is Quebec and she doesn’t have to speak English. I literally buy all my beauty products and creams from them. I literally spend at least 200$ a week there. Never again they definitely won’t be getting another penny from me also I am reporting them to the Quebec labour department. Nothing is ever priced properly there. It’s a bunch of young lazy workers there and the disrespect is absolutely disgusting pls don’t waste your money there is another pharmacy across the street that will be getting my hard earned money from now on. I will definitely be boycotting them from today on!

The staff there is not nice. I never get greeted at the door, I only get dirty looks. Plus, I'm constantly followed through every aisle as if I was going to shoplift when I always pay for every overpriced item every time I go there. And to top it off, some of the cashiers have very nasty attitudes.

All my encounters and experiences over the past years are hard to put into words. I can only describe them as complete disasters. The frequency of their prescription errors, particularly concerning elderly individuals, is alarming and poses a serious risk to the health and well-being of their customers. The consequences of these mistakes can be severe, potentially leading to catastrophic side effects. It is astonishing and completely unacceptable that a pharmacy entrusted with such a vital responsibility can demonstrate such blatant negligence without repercussions.What is perhaps the most distressing aspect of this establishment is their utter lack of remorse when they make mistakes. Instead of acknowledging their errors and taking appropriate action, they choose to gaslight their customers, making them feel as though their concerns are invalid or unwarranted. It is both frustrating and disheartening to be met with such dismissiveness when the stakes are so high—our health is at stake.The level of service provided at this pharmacy is undoubtedly the worst I have ever encountered. The staff's demeanor is consistently apathetic and indifferent, displaying no sense of professionalism or basic customer care. It is as if their primary goal is to inconvenience customers rather than provide the necessary support.Considering the severity and frequency of their errors, I strongly believe that a formal report should be filed against this pharmacy. If you value your safety and expect even a hint of accountability, I strongly urge you to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

The pharmacie staff are not very good or knowlegable. They dont know how the private insurance system works and refused to call blue cross to be able to understand how to process a transaction with them on their system. Come on, even with a blue cross card in hand you dont know how to process the transction and you have the nerve to say we dont call blue cross its up to you to do that.Worst service ever, never had that happen in 6 years with blue cross and with any other pharmacist.Please train your people better. At the end of the day there is 10 other pharmacies near by, no one needs your bad service.Follow up:After calling blue cross they assured me the phamacist was wrong and that they have to call blue cross. After the pharmacist humiliating and bilittleling attitude she finally called. Ha! Blue cross tells her she is wrong amd told her how to process the transaction. The pharmacist purposely made a huge scene in the back counter amd made me wait 25min for no apparent reason. At the end she has the nerve to try and blame me for the mistake that her imcompetent self did. That entire staff at the pharmacie counter need a revemp and propre customer service training. Again, horrible experience from beggining to end, not even an apologie for their mistake and making me waste my time twice. I will make sure to share this bad experience everywhere. No one deserves to be treated the way that pharmacie treats people, its humiliating and wrong.
