Great massage! I get terrible knots in my shoulders and even the fanciest spas usually fail to really deal with them. This was a true myofacial release massage. It can be a little rough if you are used to a light touch, but it is exactly what I wanted. Staff was professional, and the price was amazing.

Great massage, I've been going here for years. Well priced and safe.Only minor issue is the part on the bed where you put your face in can start to hurt near the end of the massage (pillow there is not the best).Very similar to an accupressure massage you'd get in Asia. Highly recommended.

To reply a lady’s experience: Her father came in our Swan Spa in this afternoon. He said he had a reservation for a spa service. My staff told him that we didn’t have his name booked and we were busy for the next two hours. He accused us not to provide him the service. He’s lost and He got very upset. There was another customer standing at the front counter watching the whole incident. Her father showed to this customer the telephone numbers from his phone that he had called for the booking. Then we all found out that he went to the wrong store as the phone numbers not yours. This customer helped him and used his father’s phone to call to the other spa store where he booked for the address that he supposed to go. Her father then left. He just went to the wrong store and got upset. Kicking him out by our staff is totally out of our characters. We always respect seniors. This narrative is told by two of our staff as witnesses. Please please calm down and understand the other side of the story with witnesses and facts. Swan Spa

Went to Swan Spa with my mom and sister. All three of us had amazing massages. Not one of us had a complaint. The therapists were professional and gave us wonderful massages. The prices were also fantastic. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back.

Really zen vibe , I love coming here on my extended lunch breaks ❤️Very clean and professional , they make you feel very comfortable and taken care of . And they have nice fluffy robes , they wear gloves and everything is really organized and clean . It smells really good as well ❤️ I highly recommend coming here for a combination foot rub and body massage. The pressure is really good and I will definitely be continuing to come here :)

Had an incredible massage. I had a migraine after a long flight and dropped in here. The woman doing my massage was very kind and asked throughout if the pressure was ok, and spent every minute of the 45 minutes. She was really strong and I haven't had such a deep massage even when I've gone for a sports massage. She focused on doing a head and shoulder massage to help my migraine. It really helped.

Pleasant place but sloppy and imprecise massage technique. I won’t be coming back.

Good attentive masseurs. I booked a 1 hour session and was given 1 hour and almost 10 mins. The masseurs was very professional and did not lax for a minute. Had a relaxing time. The only thing I dislike when you're paying, tips are preset and the least amount of tips are set at $10.00. I do not like this setup as I believe in should be able to choose the exact amount.

Absolutely amazing. Hubby and I decided to get a last minute massage before heading out, and they were able to get us in. We both had great massages, super professional and clean.

My boyfriend and I had deep tissue massages at Swan Spa and we both were really pleased. We are athletes and needed mega tension release, and that we got! A very different type of massage than what we are used too, enjoyed their techniques, and we will definitely be back for more. Also, customer service was top notch. Super kind, friendly, and all smiles.
