Ordered a selection of items from their website for pickup about 9 days ago, have yet to receive any email to verify my order, and I even called AND emailed them a few days ago and haven’t heard anything back. This place is starting to sound suuuper sketchy. I would like my order so. Can never order from you ever again. I was trying to support a local Canadian business for my purchases but seeing how they can’t even get back to me has made this whole thing not worth it. GIVE ME MY ORDER BOTÁNICA

I ordered a large supply of essential oils in september 2021 for my small business. I wanted to support a Canadian business especially during the pandemic. When i placed the order i got a very kind email thanking me for my order. It was so thoughtful. Highly recommend this company!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered 4 lbs of dried goods on May 10th, didn't ship until May 23rd with no explanation as to why despite several voicemails and follow up emails. Even after paying for express shipping, it was shipped on regular service and arrived a week later, on May 29th (almost 3 weeks). Again, no explanation or refund given on shipping, despite several emails and voicemails.Will actively dissuade others from using this business.

I paid in full for an order by e transfer and one item wasn’t the correct size. They charged me for a large size and sent me a small size. And another item I paid for was never shipped. On the invoice they said I’ll be refunded and never got a refund! I’ve called, emailed and left a voicemail mail and no reply. Like others have said: this guy is basically stealing from customers! I’m livid! Small claims here we come! BU do the right thing and I’ll remove my bad review!

Iordered the Perfumery Alcohol and something else has arrived. I tried calling them but no response. Hav eemailed them but no reply. I also went to the shop in Burlington and i was told that they have moved from here. This is really unprofessional. There is no indicatio of change of address on the website, no direct phone contact. There is only an answering machine answeing the calls.very unhappy with this purchase.

I have been buying from this company since 2017 and I have yet to be disappointed. Any issue I’ve had , it was always refunded. The customer service is always great and they answer all questions . The herbs , butters , essential oils and oil perfumes are always of good quality .Shipping never takes more than 7 days . The only thing is that they need to make sure that all tea bags are filled because I do get empty ones from time to time and that the Irish moss cut and stiffed bags have less rocks in them . Other than that , 10 out of 10 . I’ve been able to make so many remedies, hair oils and body butters/creams thanks to this company .

Ordered a few essential oils and never received my order because of an error with my address. I've reached out to customer service several times to get the issue fixed and they haven't responded to my emails or phone calls, I even tried to message them through social media and I haven't heard anything since mid March where they said I'd receive shipping information that day. Nothing's shown up, no response, not even an offer to refund or anything.

Perhaps the worst (or should I say non-existant) customer service. I have tried to contact them via email, chat, phone (multiple dpeartments) and even left voicemails with no responses in days. Does anyone actually work here?

I ordered a product from Botanic Universe for the first time. The order was delivered as promised, on time. Quality if good. I was surprised by the amount of attention from customer service - they followed up every step of delivery process till I received the shipment. They are really trying hard to please customers.
