I love this place. First experience with the technician at desk # 6 and it will not be my last. I hope I can keep her as my favorite nail tech. She was fast and my nails came out beautiful.

I’m so very disappointed. I got a shellac manicure 5 days ago, and this is the current condition of my nails and fingers. Disaster. Will not be returning. Such a waste of money and my cuticles and fingers look destroyed.

First time to this nail salon.. I can’t say I won’t go back but I can confidently say I will never go with the nail tech that I got, for the life of me I was never told her name but I will find out. I have had many pedicures in my life and this has to be the worse experience, no idea what she was thinking but let’s just say my toe is still bleeding 3 days after… I said ouch about 10 times don’t think ouch is a word she cared to hear.. she SHOULD not be touching anyone’s nails.

I was SO IMPRESSED with the way Tom did my nails today. I just told her that I wanted my nails corrected from the previous place. I was happy with each step. I could have left with my nails looking amazing each step of the way.I will definitely go back to see her every time.

The team is very friendly and nice. Loved the overall experience and their prices.

Great services at Queens Spa. They did an excellent job on my mani and pedi. The reason I gave four stars is because I made an appointment, but I still had to wait 30 minutes.

I have been going there for over a year now with my kids. We would spend hundreds of dollars on our feet and hands. Always tip everyone who did our nails. It became apparent that the nail tech Kim would file my nails down to the bedding causing cuts without a care in the world. When you try correcting her she turned deaf. I had overlay on my natural nails and asked several times to get them changed into a new full set each time she wanted to just do a refill. Months passed asked again. She became so annoyed at my request that I had to ask her if she was the one paying for my nails. I left highly disappointed in this lady and how she just wanted to do what she wanted at her choice. I gave the place a break and came back in the new year and booked an appointment with her. Only to reach the place and find out she is not able to do my nails because she claim she was stressed by me. Without having the nerve to call and cancel my appointment. They made me come all the way there to tell me she is not able to do the nails. If a customer is willing to pay you for their service it's only fair you deliver the best quality care in return. My family and I will never go back there again. They have the worse customer service always talking in their language about other customers with no regard.

I've been coming to Queen of nails for almost 4 years now and they never disappoint. They always make time for you even during their crazy holiday rushes. Mia and Hana always do an amazing job and are always so friendly. Keep up the amazing work ladies :)
