Goodfood, bad service. No body available to talk to when I call. I kept getting emails for deliveries that kept getting delayed after the time they were suppose to deliver. They gave us bonus credit when they failed to deliver the food. I don't even know where to find this phantom credit cause their website is awful to navigate it. Please do not buy from these people. Save yourself the stress and time.

HORRIBLE service. They failed to deliver my order on the delivery date and I reported it right away that morning. I was informed that an investigation would take place and I could receive my order the same day or day after. I spoke to 3 people and all of them just told me they were still investigating. After two full days I still didn't get any updates whatsoever on the investigation and where my order was. Customer service did absolutely nothing but provide a discount and I still never got my order 2 days later. 2 full days of investigation and they couldn't get me my order? That's unacceptable.

Company would not honour the price that was displayed on checkout. Charged my card a different amount. When I contacted them immediately upon noticing the issue and told them to cancel my order or honour the price shown at checkout they refused to do either. The delivery company then did not deliver the order anyways so I think they cancelled the order but did not cancel the charge on my card. When confronted about this they still refuse to do anything and so now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Wonderful BBQ sauce and ketchup sweetened with dates. Ketchup my granddaughter gives a thumbs up.to!
