Terrible experience. Only customers for 2 months. Never notified that delivery was coming so we never got water and now have to wait another 3 weeks for another delivery. The gentleman on the phone first tried to blame the driver, but when I spoke up about the driver not being responsible we were then blamed. Told we should have known yet we were called both previous times of delivery, since we are not local to savarin springs. It's sad, we went from being extremely pleased to very dissatisfied. Apology and steps to prevent mistake is all we needed. Not a blame game

We switched to Savarin Springs about 3 years ago after our last water company drove us to find a new place. Savarin Springs has been excellent, we usually pick up the water in person, but if we need a delivery they have always been able to service us same day. Highly recommend them, the best water people in KW

I grew up on this water, and now I give it to my kids. I've turned my family into a bunch of water snobs because they can taste the difference if I get any other water. The spring water is amazing. No weird flavours or after taste, and their prices are great. The men there bring the bottles right out to my car which is a huge help and much appreciated. Great place to get water!
