Limo Guy was very easy to work with. We booked them for our wedding transportation. Our original wedding date was postponed due to covid and they were very understanding and flexible. They answered all e-mails leading up to the event and were very professional the day of. They were on time, the limo was clean, and the driver was very kind. I will be using Limo Guy again for future events. Highly recommend. Thank you again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!After providing a detailed schedule for our wedding to both their team and driver, we assumed the big day would go smoothly. Couldn’t have been more wrong. The driver was 25m late picking up myself and my groomsmen. The driver then LEFT MY BRIDE AT OUR HOUSE. Disappeared. Phone calls to both the driver and LimoGuy went unanswered. After an hour, my bride had to take a taxi to the ceremony! The driver offered a full refund and the team at LimoGuy decided that was unacceptable. They offered to pay for the cab fare! Charging us for a service that was not delivered.Again, avoid at all costs. This business is extremely shady.

Fantastic experience and amazing customer service! Truly such a pleasure working with Nas and Anna. They have been amazing with all of the trip changes and so patient. Excellent service. Anna was great at getting back to us when we first contacted them for prices for our wedding. She was very patient with us as we figured out what we wanted and needed. We ended up going with the Rolls Royce. They were very reasonable in their price. Other places we contacted wanted $300-$400 more then what we paid at Limo Guy. Anthony was our driver for the day and he was the best! Very polite and accommodating when we wanted to take pictures with the car, he made sure it was in the right spot for the photographer. He also keep us on time (in a polite way). The Rolls Royce is 1950s or 1960s (can't remember what Anthony said) so the car looks, smells and sounds old. It got us from point A to point B with no problems (even though it sounds like it wouldn't). Overall we were very happy with our experience and the service we received.

Last minute service was required after my wedding plans got shuffled around for the millionth time thanks to Covid. Limo guy was so lovely to work with. Easy and effortless! I rented a lux SUV for a few groomsmen and one for my groom and me! Lovely experience.

I was referred to Limo Guy by my boss who ensured me that the experience would be wonderful, and I must say he was completely right. Our party of four was lucky enough to have David as our driver. Being four women on a wine tour definitely gets loud. Our driver was nothing short of amazing, professional, and patient. He was extremely punctual and made sure we had a great time. Reserving the Limo for prom was easy and the customer service is excellent. Driver was prompt and very friendly, called us several times through the night to let us know the kids were dropped off and let us know when he arrived for pickup. Nice family owned business. Very sweet owners. We had a large sprinter van drive our group from Cambridge to Toronto for the day. Very luxurious and so much room inside. Very clean. There's refreshments and glasses to use. An auxiliary cord and charging station as well. Affordable pricing and great customer service. We will keep limoguy in mind next time we need to rent a limo.
