We have had garments printed at Artee for a while now and are always happy with the fast and friendly customer service, attention to detail, responsiveness and communication! Our articles come out clean and well done and if something does come up they are more than happy to help resolve any issue! They are willing and able to help you find the right garment if sourcing through them and the print style you are hoping to achieve. Very knowledgeable and conscientious, they take pride in their craft and always super accommodating and helpful when working with my tight timelines, thanks Artee! :D

Oh no, just no. Me and BF say no. Cant even explain why or how, even where and when. But nope. This is a negative review.

Team Artee has been great for over a decade and dozens of 200+ unit orders. Always meet deadlines even when ordering on the 11th hour.

Quality for the most part is passable, they messed up on some of my jackets but treated it professionally and compensated me. My only wish was they would approach me before I had to find out myself.However plan VERY early, they rarely hold true to deadlines. As a business owner this has been very stressful. If you want embroidery, they have absolute no control over the timeline and seem to have no desire to communicate urgency even when the product is a week late.I have a very long and consistent working relationship with them, but deteriorating quickly as we speak. Overall, good people that should better manage responsibilities on deadlines and faults.

Fantastic team and great organization! The staff are always helpful and responsive to both email and phone. Been ordering from these folks for 3 years now and I’ve been extremely impressed with how friendly and professional they are.Even when we ran into an inventory problem before (we place pretty bulk orders), they were quick to offer alternatives and fix the issue with very little hassle.There are some free parking spaces around the area, but it might require a bit of a walk. Otherwise meter parking is available right in front if you’re looking to transport a big load.Highly recommend Artee for your screen printing and embroidery needs!

Great for small orders but the screens they did for me were dull and needed another layer of paint. When I showed them how dull the logo was all they could say was that was how they did it. It was very disappointing and I had to just accept the order that way. I would of been a repeat costumer but the product just sucked.

I was helped by Bree from Artee Screenprint & Embroidery to get a small order – 50 Tees and a dozen hoodies – done on short notice for the Wildland Firefighting Unit crew I was on. Bree was immensely helpful and patient working with me as it was difficult to communicate at times due to the fact that I was out of town in no cell service regions of BC. My crew’s primary request was to avoid having that plastisol feel to our logo design since it took up a large portion of our T-shirts both on the front and back. During the hot summer days such a dense silk screened illustration can become a nuisance since it really sticks to the skin. Some companies remedy such an issue by pre-treating the outline of the design on the fabric with highly toxic chemicals which are harmful to both the consumer and especially the individuals working that are exposed to it on a daily basis. With Bree’s extensive experience in the industry and the fact that I had minimal alternatives in order to get the gear on such short notice (Artee’s turnaround time is two weeks) I went ahead and put the order through. Bree’s experience gave me the peace of mind that they would do their best to find a safe and effective alternative to accomplish the feel of the design my crew was looking for. I couldn’t have been happier with the finished product and the whole crew is absolutely stoked on the outcome as well. Artee Screenprint shop was reliable, accommodating, and knowledgeable and I look forward to putting in another gear order in the near future.

BEST t-shirt printing spot! I have used these folks for many years to get large orders (300 shirts) as well as smaller ones (30 shirts) done, and they are amazing! We even had a mix up that would have given me and my group quite a lot of trouble and they fixed it in a crazy short amount of time. I LOVE ARTEE!!! Local, cool, kind, and efficient! I definitely recommend them!
