As I live in the UK and my mother has memory problems, it had been extremely difficult to locate an organisation my sister and I could trust, who were dependable, kind and caring, and easy to register with. My mother had a place at the Adult day program but we had no way of getting her there or back. We can't thank you enough. You have over exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend your Non-Profit organisation to anyone out there who has an elderly or vulnerable parent who, during Covid, can't get out to an appointment, do their shopping, medications or like us need to get a loved one to a program and back safely. A big thank you as well to Veronica, Romel and Max who were wonderful to speak to at the other end of the phone and who always respond to emails or messages quickly. And of course a huge thank you to Keith for his patience as he's consistently been our mom's driver without fail.
