Amazing experience!!! Had to wait for a bit but at the end it was all paid back. She took time to see me and gave me an appointment at the hospital to get a mole removed near my eye so I don't have to pay her 400$. That is very great service to people that very few doctors do. I am very thankful and always will remember this!!!

What a joke. Does she even exist? Deja pour prendre un rv avec elle cela m'a pris 1 mois daller retour avec la réceptionniste car ils repondent jamais au telephone. Jobtiens enfin un rv pour dans 6 mois. A l'approche de cette date on me cancelle le rv et le reporte a 4 mois plis tard. Puis encore une fois une semaine avant ce ev on me cancelle encore et lenreporte a 6 mois plus tard. Je refuse franchement on aura presque fait une boucle d'un an avec tout ces reports! Cest une professionnelle? Je me demande si elle travaille ou existe vraiment. Jai mis une etoile mais elle en vaut -5

Pfff... aucune conscience professionnelle, elle me cancel 3 fois de suite avec des intervals d au moins 1 mois. Jm'excuse, mais t'es pas sensée être médecin... médiocre !!!

She pretty much did a terrible job on my mom's procedure where she removed excess skin on my mom's eyelids. When my mom told her about how it didn't turn out the way she had hoped she vehemently defended herself and said there was nothing wrong with the work that she did. Are you kidding? is that how you treat your patients? sit down lady! you are giving us a service and we are unhappy with the service you've provided.

After so many years of my family and I being loyal and appreciative patients, understandingly, due to Covid19, our spring appointments got moved many times until lastly it was canceled voicemail until further notice...Feeling forgotten, I have left messages at the beginning of September and finally, I receive a call from secretary Catherine who was unapologetic, not willing to speak English and rude. To the point that she said I will call you when I have time and hung disrespectfully to my face.After many of great service and staff, this is the first time I felt disrespected in my life and I’m very disappointed and will tell my family and friends as I will never go back...
