When in to pick up packages and the lady didn't even get off the phone and I felt very aucwared she was talk to person on phone then me but I didn't know as it was in the middle of her conversation didn't even pull the phone away from her ear

Worst hair cut i’ve ever had. I told her to cut in one style but she changed it in between making it look wierd. She was very impatient and was very rough on my hair using the trimmer. Never going back again to this place.

I walked in and luckily there was a no show so she was able to fit me in. She was so friendly and funny I felt very welcome. My hair looks beautiful, she did exactly what I asked and did an amazing job. Her products smell amazing and my hair is so soft. The prices are very reasonable with lots of services available I'll be back forsure!
