Stopped by at the place this afternoon. The food wasn’t the best, but totally loved the service and the ambiance.The beef-pork burger patty was not well seasoned,- the fried chicken sandwich had too much of hot sauce, which over powered and it ruined the experience,- the corn bread was served cold hence the jalapeño butter didn’t melt on it.

We have been planning to try this place for a long time and finally made it last week. We had the flatbread, burger and fish and chips.Flatbread - Crispy and cheesy flatbread was good with simple flavours.Truffle Gouda + Peameal Burger - One of the best burgers I had in the recent times. The meat was so juicy and amazing.Fish and chips - Most of the places use frozen fish but these guys use fresh fish so you know it will be good. Also, the seasoning in the batter was perfect.They had some holiday bases cocktails and tried couple of them, which was refreshing.The service was excellent with friendly people to keep us happy.Overall, really enjoyed our dinner and will go back again!

This was my 3rd time at Borealis and it has definitely become one of my favourite spots. We had Tat as our server, she was very knowledgeable and super helpful and gave us great service for our birthday lunch! I highly recommend the buttermilk fried chicken meal. We also got duck satay and field of mushrooms which were both incredible. Excited for my next visit to try some new items.

Its been a little bit since I've been to Borealis. I don't know why it took me so long to head back there. My dining experience is always a great one. the seasonal menu options are great. and the service is always on point. This time I sat on the patio. It was great! Cant wait to return!

Me and my husband have been coming here for years and never have had any complaints. The food is always good and the prices are reasonable compared to everywhere else. The fried chicken here is also the best in town.

Absolutely Outstanding!One of the best restaurant experiences we have had in quite some time. The food was incredibly delicious and the portions were very hearty.We were privileged to have Tamara look after our table. She was genuinely willing to accommodate us and because of her knowledge of pairing foods and beverages, our dinner was exceptional. She answered our questions and generously allowed us to substitute some items. She clearly loves her job and her employer which speaks volumes for Borealis.

We had a wonderful family dinner and get together at the Borealis grill and bar. They were meticulous about the reservation, how many people, how many children, offered birthday greetings. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Great value!

The blackberry mojito I ordered was gone in under a minute. It was so good. The staff is super friendly and approachable and the food was amazing. I ordered the parm fries, fish & chips with a kale salad substitute and chocolate ice cream. The dessert portions were very generous, and everyone loved their food. The jalapeno cornbread and blackened chicken antojitos were just *chefs kiss*
