A great, quaint little playground with a few different options of a slide, picnic table shelter, swing, and balance beam. Bathroom is clean and comfortable.

Great place for a walk with the dog and kids. Beautiful river. Lovely place. Kayaking and paddle boarding are popular here but make sure you go when the tide is higher as it can be very shallow.

Bonshaw Hills Provincial Park
One of PEI's best day parks with adjacent hiking trails. Great facilities for a bbq or family picnic with tables, shelters, playground and bathrooms. Attached is also multiple km (maybe 12+ kms) worth of hiking/mountain biking trails. Easily accessible right off the highway.

Always a great area for all types of hikers: solo, family, kids, pets, bikes. Different levels of hikes for all tastes. If you are a beginner, mind that the trail can be tricky with all the hills, but it's a very friendly trail nevertheless.

Bonshaw Hills Provincial Park
Absolutely beautiful trails and views! Lots of trails that lead off the main trail so you can have a bunch of options each time you hike there. It is very fun there as there is a bridge, several staircases and look out points with benches! Park by the bridge just past the main parking lot in the right, if the main lot is full.
